Black Hair Styles

Black hair is fragile, yet difficult to control, therefore it needs specialist care and pampering if it is to look its best. Back hair is almost always curly. As a general rule black hair is brittle and has a tendancy to split and break. This is because the sebaceous glands produce insufficient sebum to moisturize the hair. In addition, because the hair is tightly curled, the sebum is unable to travel downwards to condition it naturally.Black hairstyle can be managed by adding extra length to the hair by extensions and weaves to make the hair look longer and more voluminous. Many black hairstyles require a more natural look such as dreads, twists, and natural afros. A nice added touch for the natural look would be to add highlights to the hair to give it some personality.
